▸ Can I use my own OpenAI / Anthropic key?
Yes. Settings → BYOK lets you plug in your own key. The platform never touches it; billing flows through your own provider. Required for mid-market+ customers.
▸ Where are the AI employees' deliverables stored? Can I take them?
Each employee gets an isolated filesystem (/employees/<id>/outputs/). Markdown, PDF, CSV — all downloadable. Your data, no lock-in.
